Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It affects an estimated 30 million men in the United States and becomes more common with age, though it can occur at any age.
ED can have physical causes (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, low testosterone, obesity) or psychological causes (stress, anxiety, depression). In many men, it’s a combination of both. The good news: it’s one of the most treatable medical conditions, with oral medications (PDE5 inhibitors) effective in over 95% of cases.

For most men with no cardiovascular contraindications, sildenafil 50mg is an excellent starting point. If you want spontaneity, tadalafil's 36-hour window is hard to beat. If speed matters, avanafil is the fastest-acting option we stock. Do not take any PDE5 inhibitor with nitrate medications — this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
